Price and printing errors
We reserve the right for price and printing errors on our website, social media, newsletters and other e-mails, and reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a significant and/or obvious error.
If you choose to cancel with more than 4 days to the experience, you can rebook by contacting directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will appear under Rules and security on the experience's product page.
With less than 4 days to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please be aware that the experiences often include preparations, which involve expenses that must be covered, and you cannot therefore get the money back for the experience.
On the day: If something unforeseeable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the person responsible for the experience so they know that you will not be participating anyway. You will find the contact information in the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to the other side.
Safety and good conditions are the highest priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to hold the experience. Should this happen, the experience manager will contact you so that you can find a new date together.
Our experience manager will of course do everything to ensure that you can get out and experience it. However, unforeseen events can happen, for example due to illness, road conditions and the like, where there is no other choice but to cancel. Should this happen, you will be contacted by the person responsible per phone/SMS and/or e-mail.
If the person responsible for the experience chooses to cancel due to too few registrants, errors in planning or the like, the cancellation must take place no later than 5 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation takes place, there must be alternative booking dates available and if this is not the case, you are entitled to a refund of the amount for your experience
